Thomas Brandon is a senior strategist and business development executive with more than 15 years of experience across advertising, media, programmatic technology, and agency operations. He founded Fifth Latitude Solutions to bring the clarity, relationships, and execution rigor of his career inside major institutions to the companies that need it most.

Most recently, Thomas served as VP of Agency Strategy & Economic Inclusion at TripleLift, where he led agency partnership strategy and built the firm's economic inclusion practice — working directly with HoldCo leadership and Fortune 500 brand teams to develop programs that aligned platform value with advertiser priorities.

Prior to TripleLift, Thomas held a senior role at Hearts & Science, an Omnicom Media Group agency, where he led supplier diversity strategy on the AT&T account — one of the largest and most complex media assignments in the industry. That experience gave him a rare, granular understanding of how agencies structure investments, evaluate partners, and build internal alignment around new platforms and vendors.

Thomas recently completed the Leland AI Builder Program, where he developed AI-powered workflows for sales prospecting, CRM automation, outreach sequencing, data analysis, and executive presentations. He brings this modern, technology-enabled approach to every consulting engagement.
